As a former DUI prosecutor I handled over 5,000 cases. I was exposed to numerous criminal defense strategies. This experience taught me what works and what issues The State faces in
Seminole County when trying to prove their case.

I have successfully completed the 16 hour breath test operator course giving me valuable insight into the intoxilyzer 8000. During my training on the breath test machine I was required to correctly perform 6 breath tests. I also had the opportunity to submit to 8 tests during breath test operator training. If you are fighting a breath test you should have an attorney that not only has been tested on the Intoxilyzer 8000 but who also knows how to operate it.
